Those who receive their LWA payments with prepaid Key2Benefits cards may need to wait longer to receive their payments.
KeyBank said it experienced unexpected delays.
This comes after they had a processing error earlier today that caused a delay in the payment of Salary Assistance to the people of New York.
“We are working to resolve this issue as we understand how important these funds are to the people of New York who are awaiting further LWA payments. We deeply regret this delay, ”KeyBank tweeted.
